1. Please make sure the product is fully charged.
2. During use, the antenna must be exposed, and not be blocked by the legs, otherwise it will affect the signal.
3. Please confirm whether the product is too far away from the mobile phone, beyond the Bluetooth connection range, if the connection is disconnected within 1 meter, please contact the after-sales service to send back analysis to solve your problem.
4. If your phone is an Android phone, please make sure it is too much garbage. Restart the phone after the garbage is cleared. If it is still not resolved, please download the APP again.
