Why is it always disconnected?
1. Please make sure that the product is fully charged
2. The antenna must be exposed during use and not blocked by the legs, otherwise it will affect the signal
3. Please confirm whether the product is too far away from the mobile phone, beyond the connection range, if the connection is disconnected within 1 meter, please contact the after-sales service to analyze and solve your problem
4. If your phone is an Android phone, please confirm that there is too much garbage. After cleaning up the garbage, restart the phone. If it is still not resolved, please download the APP again.
