1.The product cannot be turned on

Please confirm whether the product has sufficient power, please charge the product for about ten minutes and then try to turn it on again.

2.The product has been charged for a long time, why can't I turn it on?

It may be that the electricity is not charged, please make sure that the indicator light is always on when charging, because the Kegel ball is round and easy to roll.

When charging, please place the product on a flat place and charge it.

3. What is the status reminder when Kegel ball is charging?

The indicator light is always on for charging. The indicator light is off when the battery is fully charged
